Our Nursery:

In January 2018, Arborescence Montessori, formerly known as Sitara Toto Montessori changed ownership.

As one of the few unique child centred preschools in Hertfordshire, Arborescence provides a quality Ofsted-registered educational establishment that follows the traditional Montessori Ethos whilst still maintaining a caring and safe environment.

The History behind Arborescence:

Mrs Venathithan, the new owner and the Lead Montessori Directress, trained as a AMI Montessori Directress in 2008. As a part of the teaching staff and as a parent whose two children attended Sitara, she strongly believes that all children have an enormous potential to achieve in a happy and secure environment.

Located in an idyllic semi-rural setting and almost rustic, it is an ideal place for children to start their education. The children often come to school, saying they have just heard a woodpecker, or seen the horses in the fields. Not forgetting the squirrels and rabbits bustling around.

Arborescence Montessori is based in Well End, on the Borehamwood/Shenley Border in Hertfordshire. It is within easy commute from Radlett, Elstree, Mill Hill, Edgware, Borehamwood, Stanmore, Shenley, Hatfield, Barnet, Totteridge, St Albans, Watford, Bushey, Aldenham and Arkley.

Arborescence Montessori is only ten minutes from the M25, M1, A1 and A41 and is very well-connected making it easy for parents to pick and drop their children.

By train the Radlett and Borehamwood/Elstree station (zone 7) have links to London within 20 minutes.
